I consider that the state of war or state of national disaster or equivalent must be declared, where all constitutional rights, including the right to life, cease; and everything is paralyzed for about 80 days (14 days of incubation of the coronavirus for 6 reproduction cycles = 14 x 6 = 84 days) or perhaps 90 days (three months), with open epidemiological evaluation (the largest amount of data available to the public to identify the infectious and nesting foci of the coronavirus and to know where to act most strongly and to publicize the evolution of the propagation on a timeline with sex, age group, ailment / disease in parallel, degree of education, provenance, carrier that came from another country or community infection, number of infected / dead relatives, etc.)
During that period, an «epidemiological fence» approach should be used at the neighborhood, district, city, province, region, country level; in which there may be the transit of goods and people but absolutely all must be checked for good or bad (by force). And this can be applied by each neighborhood, local, regional or national authority with the support of its inhabitants or population and in coordination with their neighbors from other neighborhoods, districts, regions.
As for large geographic areas, accesses (roads, rivers, ports, airports, etc.) must be controlled (some call it border closure – district, provincial, regional). They also assure that heat is their enemy, because I keep their home and body as warm as they can, bathe with hot water, go out on the street if absolutely necessary, eat well (we have so many products of our own and from each country that are very good , but the modernity and the false status of man against nature – now proven that we are nothing before nature, that a virus can extinguish us, that we have learned nothing – has led us to believe that fast food based on a few products (chicken, potatoes, etc.) are good food … everything is seen as business, everything is seen as a market, everything is seen as productivity, everything is seen as eating to live instead of living to eat, we have become more meat machines and bone that human beings who enjoy life and in the blink of an eye, you spend all your life running around full of stress and material and economic goals, as if you were an automaton.
After this chaos, if we save ourselves and those who remain – it is a fact that for everyone: the world and people will be completely different politically, religiously, socially, culturally, etc. – they must take an interest in investing more in scientific research, because this coronavirus is transmitted from human to human and the next virus pandemic could be a virus that is transmitted through any form of life and there if, the planet could be left with very few people or perhaps nobody … and how we are just one species, the millions of species that would remain on the planet in a few thousand years, would erase everything we have built, manufactured and registered.

Los generadores de vapor y calentadores de agua tienen una cámara de combustión (estoy hablando de aquellos que usan un combustible líquido o gaseoso como fuente primaria de energía) en donde la energía química contenida en el combustible se transforma en energía térmica. Ésta energía térmica calienta las paredes y es el líquido operante – por lo general: agua – que captura esta energía incrementado su temperatura hasta la deseada (si es vapor o agua caliente). Los gases de combustión al perder calor, se enfrían y la temperatura que sale por la chimenea tiene que ser mayor a la temperatura en que el azufre se pueda combinar con el agua formando ácido sulfúrico. La cantidad de vapor de agua o agua caliente que se desea va a definir la cantidad de combustible que se queme en cada unidad de tiempo y por lo tanto la longitud del recorrido que debe tener al interior del generador de vapor o calentador de agua; esto pueden ser dos, tres o cuatro pasos hasta lograr que la temperatura final sea la adecuada (no se forme ácido sulfúrico a la salida de la chimenea) con lo cual se logra la máxima eficiencia.

Me han invitado y con gusto he aceptado participar como ponente durante el SINATEC 2015 que se realiza la primera semana de noviembre en la Universidad Nacional del Callao, en esta oportunidad repetiré la ponencia que a inicios del presente año dí en el Hospital Nacional «Cayetano Heredia» y que tiene por nombre: «El avance tecnológico de soporte para el cuidado del paciente quirúrgico», archivo que lo he mejorado y es un ponencia elaborada de manera didáctica y actualizada para los que deseen aplicar ingeniería a la salud humana.
Quedan invitados, mi ponencia es el lunes 2 de noviembre a las 6:30 pm, pero la inauguración del evento es a las 5 pm al que también estamos invitados para escuchar el palabreo del caso…

Too, actually job as Professor in Faculty of Sciences anf Faculty of Oil, Gas and Petrochemical of the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (National University of Engineering) in Lima – PERU.
My subjects of me interest are: control, signal processing, optimization, simulation, biomedical research, smart grid, microgrid, water.
I have experience in: Matlab/Simulink, biomedical engineering, electrical systems, smart grids, microgrids, revewables energy.
